As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support our expanding team and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys being the reliable, calming backbone of a busy and purpose-driven team. You will play a central role in coordinating schedules and supporting our field and laboratory teams.

Working closely with management, technicians, veterinarians, and clients, you will ensure records, systems, and accounts are accurate and up to date. This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, people-focused, and confident managing responsibility in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and job coordination for field and laboratory teams
  • Client liaison via phone and email, providing friendly and professional support
  • General administrative support across the business
  • Accounts support, including invoicing, data entry, accounts receivable and record keeping
  • Maintaining accurate client, job, genetics and operational records
  • Data entry and management of internal systems
  • Supporting inventory, logistics, and documentation processes
  • Assisting with reporting, compliance, and internal documentation as required

About You

  • Previous senior administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using computers and confident with digital systems and standard office software
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive and collaborative team member
  • Professional, reliable, and positive in your approach
  • Experience with accounts, bookkeeping, or business systems is highly regarded
  • Experience or interest in agriculture, livestock, or veterinary industries is essential

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for another Field Laboratory Technician to join our Queensland team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys combining practical fieldwork with laboratory precision. You’ll be part of our mobile lab team, working closely with clients, donors, and colleagues to support both OPU and IVF programs.

Yes, there are early starts, travel, and busy days — but you’ll be doing meaningful work, learning valuable skills, and being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and operate laboratory and field equipment
  • Working in field locations, at donor farms, and in mobile laboratories
  • Assisting with OPU procedures and working cattle in the crush
  • Oocyte searching and identification
  • Handling and processing oocytes and embryos back at the main IVF lab, once trained
  • Liaise professionally with clients while on-site and provide support to senior embryologist and other technicians during procedures.
  • Ensure accurate sample handling, processing, and record keeping
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene, biosecurity, and quality control
  • Comply with company protocols, WHS, and animal welfare standards

About You

  • Background in Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in embryology, IVF, or laboratory work is highly regarded (but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach
  • Comfortable working in field conditions and laboratory environments
  • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours and stay overnight when required
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Positive attitude, reliable, organised, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience handling horses and cattle is a bonus
