We’re thrilled to introduce Stacey, our Business Partner, Company Director, and Veterinarian, whose deep expertise helps drive innovation and deliver reliable reproductive solutions across the livestock industry.
As a leader in assisted reproduction, veterinary medicine, and scientific advancement, Stacey is at the forefront of Evogene’s strategy. Her work directly influences the development of cutting-edge IVF technologies and ensures our services meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
With extensive experience in breeding management, herd health, and reproductive performance, Stacey offers a comprehensive range of services including ovary and uterine scanning, pregnancy testing, artificial insemination, foetal sexing, Ovum Pick Up (OPU), and full-spectrum semen assessment and collection.
Stacey is PREGCHECK and BULLCHECK accredited, a proud member of the Australian Veterinary Association, and currently serves as President of the Australian Cattle Veterinarians.
Raised on an extensive sheep and cattle station in Far South West Queensland, Stacey’s roots run deep in rural life. Before becoming a vet, she spent time as a Jillaroo in far Western Queensland and in Western Australia’s Kimberley region. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from James Cook University and brings over 15 years of specialised experience in cattle veterinary medicine and surgery. Stacey also owns and operates the Monto Veterinary Group, a thriving 7-vet mixed animal practice in Central Queensland.
Stacey has completed additional post graduate study & is a member of the Reproductive Chapter of the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists.
Stacey is driven by a commitment to helping breeders achieve exceptional reproductive outcomes. Through her work at Evogene, she’s proud to contribute to the evolution of reproductive technology in livestock production.
